Arkadia specialises in the acquisition, management, leasing and development of a diversified property portfolio throughout Australia.
Arkadia's core business and area of expertise is focused in the retail and leisure asset classes. Today, the group mandate has expanded to three hotels and 10 centres along the East Coast of Australia. The retail portfolio alone includes a mix of neighbourhood and large format retail centres, while the wider retail portfolio including retail arcades, retail complexes and free-standing retail shops, all located in prime trade areas on the Eastern Seaboard. Typically, our retail centres are anchored by major blue chip national tenants whilst incorporating a wide cross-section of high-quality specialty retailers.
Being a private group of our size and scale allows us to be both nimble and dynamic in how we operate existing assets and view new opportunities. We maintain a low gearing throughout the group to be able to take advantage of evolving real estate markets.
