Arkadia's core business and area of expertise is focused in the Retail and Leisure asset classes. Today the group mandate has expanded to 3 hotels and 16 centres along the east coast of Australia.
The retail portfolio alone includes a mix of neighbourhood and large format retail centres with the wider retail portfolio including retail arcades, retail complexes and free-standing retail shops, all located in prime trade areas on the eastern seaboard. Typically our retail centres are anchored by major blue chip national tenants whilst incorporating a wide cross-section of high-quality specialty retailers.
Arkadia’s Hotel Investments now include three of the most recognised coastal hotels on the east coast including, Noosa Sofitel, Crown Plaza Terrigal and Novotel Manly Beach.
Our alternative investments also continue to grow benchmarking strong investment returns together with a great cluster of blue chip National Tenants throughout. Major tenants include CBA, Main Roads, Australia Post, ANZ One Path, Westpac and Queesnland Transport.
